Absolutely avoid this person, extremely unprofessional. Agreed with her on a one off cleaning and hopefully have her bimonthly if all goes well. Explained we have people coming over on that day and if she has any intention to cancel she needs to let us know, was very reassuring on the phone and that she will sure be there on time.
On the day when she was meant to come, she just never turned up, not responding to messages, no apology, nothing.
