How long have you been in business?
I recently opened Diamond Shine DCS after leaving my job in the NHS. We started the business in August 2021 but I've worked in the industry for 5 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring all equipment and supplies. We also offer eco products at no extra charge!
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to change someone's life by doing what I love most! Some people need a helping hand and I am glad they choose me to help them
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for cleaning my own house and how I wanted to help others out that struggled! I am so glad I did as I have met some amazing people who have also taught me a lot. I didn't have much communication with customers in my previous job but now my job is based around helping people directly and I love it!
Why should our clients choose you?
I am passionate about my job! I believe I am very friendly, bubbly and try to build relationships with my customers, I will do what I can to help them out, especially if they need any extras doing in the house. Diamond Shine DCS is very affordable and trustworthy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I ensure that I, and all my staff, take tests weekly for the safety of our customers and other staff!
We wear gloves at all times and if a customer would like us to wear a mask we would be more than happy to do that!
In every clean we do we ensure to open up all windows where and when we can
