I hosted a Diamond reiki Crystal Healing party for 8 friends and family. We didn’t know what to expect but Amanda explained everything to us and guided us through it. I’m not quite sure how to put it into words but everyone experiences were different and we felt totally relaxed, calm and happy afterwards. I felt I could breathe better and we all slept well. Ive just has my first reiki session, i went into it a little nervous and slightly sceptical but ive left feeling absolutely wonderful! I was so surprised at what i felt and how relaxed and refreshed i felt afterwards. Mandy was so professional and made me feel so comfortable i was able to fully embrace the reiki healing. At my first reiki session I really didn’t know what to expect. Amanda clearly explains the process and immediately makes you feel calm and relaxed. I find it difficult to explain how I felt and I understand it is different for each individual. I had a feeling of heat in areas of my body which felt comfortable. The benefits I felt: a completely restful sleep, the feeling of worries are lifted and pains and aches relieved. My mind feels clear and light and my mood is brighter. I would highly recommend Amanda. Her energy is calming and reassuring. She has a very caring and attentive nature and is very passionate about creating the perfect experience for each individual.
