Booked the cleaning for the whole of downstairs and stairs and landing. He cleaned the carpets BUT when they stated to dry they were stripped. He had used dirty water throughout the house which left dirt striped carpets everywhere! We paid in advance and when I called to ask him to come back he would not accept my calls I left message after message and NO reply. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! He did a brilliant job, was very helpful on the initial phone call, was able to do the job quickly, arrived on time and did an excellent job and worked very tidily.
