This is one of the best service provider. One of my family member discharged from NHS required to get personal care. I was referred by my friend about the Diamond heart healthcare. Once I contact the company, care manager was available, visited my family member, did assessment and provided care. The care worker was very professional, and approachable. My family member is now well recovered and we are still getting the best service from them. More...

Diamond heart health care do not provide online or remotely services

- All our staff follow the Government's instructions around social distancing providing a safer environment to travel to and from
- Washing hands often when arriving and leaving client's home, before and after carrying out task .
- The use of protection equipment for activities that bring them into close personal contact with clients, such as bathing and washing OR within 2 metres of anyone in the household who is coughing. Such as use of aprons, gloves and fluid repellent surgical masks.
