Very poor customer service. I booked a deep clean and while it was largely good, the downstairs windows were left smeared and waxy to the touch, in a worse condition than before the clean. When I politely raised this by email, I received a snarky email back about 'a few missed windows' (which was NOT my complaint) and refusing to do anything about it as I'd reported it more 24 hours after the event (it was c. 36 hours). Not the way I expect a company to treat its customers and I will not be using them again. More...

Thoroughly wonderful deep clean including a very very dirty oven and shower/steam cabinet.
Georgia was on time totally professional and very hard working.
She was here we over her allocated time, but she left the oven and shower cabinet looking brand new.
The rest of the house was left looking clean and shining.

Deep Carpet cleaning
Our Carpet cleaning service is done with a professional carpet cleaner (with shampoo) for the best care and results. Prices for this Additional service starts from £45
Deep cleaning
A Deep clean service is much more intense than a standard clean this consists of cleaning skirting boards, cleaning inside your appliances, removing cobwebs, carpet cleaning, polishing furniture & floors, removing limescale around any sinks, taps, baths or showers.
End of tenancy cleaning
Customers choose this service because it requires a deep clean which leaves the property in a fresh state ready for new tenants. The property is thoroughly cleaned all the way through. This service consists of the skirting boards being cleaned, carpets cleaned, the property being sanitized and disinfected. Also sometimes appliances are left in the property for the next tenants to use so they are thoroughly cleaned too. i.e. ovens, fridges, dishwasher etc..
