I made a call to DG Gas Safety orinigally thinking my boiler needed serviced, as the pressure kept dropping. I needed a repair, automatically panicked thinking it would be a small fortune, which it didn't. Glen called the same day, checked it over, explained what needed done, the options I had and cost. Returned the next, started work and the jobs completed, bolier serviced and working better than ever. A very professional, reliable and friendly service. I was eligible for the NISEP Energy Efficiency Homes Scheme and DG Gas Safety Ltd came and replaced my old gas boiler which was uneconomical to repair, it had been leaking for months. The boiler engineers were in and out in half a day, lovely neat and tidy workmanship, the place was spotless when they left. Fantastic service from start to finish. Even phone calls with Glenn asking him questions about the progress of the application he was great and I didn’t have to pay a penny for the installation. Absolutely over the moon with my new Ideal Logic c30 Combi Boiler and new controls which are so easy to use. All fitted in November in time for Christmas. Thanks again guys! I would definitely recommend DG Gas Safety, they replaced my old oil system with a gas system and replaced all the radiators throughout the house. The team where friendly, professional and very efficient and very clean and tidy. I am absolutely thrilled with the Gas Heating System and the difference it has made in keeping my home warm. Glenn was amazing with all the communication and I knew what was happening every step of the way.
