What’s your signature dish?
Dexter’s started with our 100% Dorset beef burger and it will always be close to our hearts.
However my favourite dish across our menus is the grilled Lamb Souvlaki Gyro. Fresh, tender grilled lamb in a fluffy pitta, Greek salad and Tzatziki sauce. Perfection!!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We pride ourselves on our communication with our customers. We want to listen to their wants and needs and fulfil all of them.
We love to be flexible and unique and have loved catering all kinds of event styles now, buffets, street food, corporate parties, film set catering etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Our customers are the best part of what we do. Seeing their faces light up when we hand them a giant hot dog at the end of an amazing wedding, their grins when we ask them if they’d like Rosemary fries alongside their Halloumi burger at their work party. It is 100% the reason we continue to grow and evolve.
