Hotel is nice staff are very pleasant but £15 for a glass of wine and £11 for a single vodka no mixer is ridiculous. Delusions of grandeur they are not in the centre of london there drink prices are a joke

I went for a leg massage & I used the pool & jacuzzi before, all the staff are friendly. When I arrived I was met at reception & given a robe & some flip flops and directed to the dressing rooms which are upstairs and you have a single changing room. where you can get changed, which I loved as many spa places have an open changing room. Upstairs is also a shower room & a locker room (there are also shower rooms downstairs near the pool. Once you enter into the pool area there is water available where you can keep hydrated when you are sat in the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi has different settings on it & it's lovely. Hooks available nearby for you to hang your robe up. As I went for a treatment I was asked to go into the waiting area where you have two water dispensers which have different refreshing fruit in them & you are able to have more water, there are also cocktail options if you choose to have something more. I filled in some information before my treatment and then Emily came down to meet me for my treatment. I was taken upstairs & into the beauty room which is very relaxing. There are also some beauty rooms downstairs as well. I had a leg & foot massage & it was lovely & I was very relaxed. Once my treatment had finished I then shower before returning home. I will definitely be returning for more treatments. More...

We recently visited the spa for the brunch package, unfortunately due to unexpected staff absence we were unable to both have a treatment as originally planned. Sophie was very apologetic and gave us the options available to rectify the issue. The spa itself was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor private tipis were well equipped. Overall a great stay even with the slight issue which couldn’t be helped. Thank you to Sophie for looking after us all day and nothing being too much trouble!
