We had very good customer service. Everything was explained clearly so we knew how to proceed as we hadn't fully understood beforehand. Letters were written on our behalf to our party wall neighbours and we received copies. Mr Lane kept us informed throughout. He surveyed our property and took photos prior to any work being started. We felt confident in his work and that if there was any reason for concern with works being carried out to the adjoining property Mr Lane would be able to return to assist. More...
