We had a marquee set up at our place on the weekend of the 5th August For our son and daughter in law’s wedding. It was very stormy but the marquee stood up well. Tom who was in charge brought a team of men who worked hard and were very friendly and helpful. Tom came over on the morning of the wedding to make sure everything was in order. Highly recommend! The marquee that Tom provided for our wedding was exceptional, as was his service throughout our time working with him. He communicated well, provided reassurance and advice (which with our DIY wedding was definitely needed!) and was so flexible when we had to alter plans. The marquee itself was the perfect venue for our wedding breakfast and reception, and looked the part from the sit-down meal until it was finally vacated by party goers in the early hours of the morning. Funky tents provided us with a capri marquee for our wedding. from the very start the team's communication was superb, no question (and believe me, there were many) was too much and was always answered quickly! On the day itself, the team were amazing, they just got on with what they needed to do! Fabulous tent and amazing service. So accommodating. We actually used it for a wake, so such a sad event was truly turned into an amazing celebration of life. As someone said, "the worst day of my life was also one of the best days of my life....go figure." It felt like a festival with 800+ mourners celebrating a life, rather than mourning his passing. Marquees are a passion of mine and working outside on some great projects with great people, gives me enormous satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to build unique structures for clients is a great thing to do.

It not just the structures that we build that in itself look fantastic, it is the personal service,and that will to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is completely satisfied.
Event Planning
We also plan events. We can arrange and organise all aspects of your event for a small wedding or garden party to a large corporate event. We can build large structures using our unique modular marquees and create bespoke and unusual designs which enables your event to become truly individual.
