In the majority our services are delivered in person. However where there is a requirement for some support we are able to offer this remotely. This will be in line with the agreed care / support plan.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a policy in place related to Covid-19. Staff also receive training and we get specialist input as required.
DOMICILARY/ HOME CARE SERVICES
Deuvick Offers Support to Adults and young people who require either care and or support in their home or accommodation and support.
We offer services to people with Sensory impairments, Dementia, Physical disabilities, Mental health conditions, Challenging behaviours, End of life care, Post and Hospital Discharge and other impairing conditions.
We aim to enable individuals to maintain their independence where possible, develop independent living skills and receive personalised care in the comfort of their own homes where applicable. This covers among others, personal care, medication management, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.
HOUSE CLEANING
Provision of cleaning services to our customers either as part of the Home Care service or seperately. This also includes end of Tenancy and Office cleaning services
