There’s nothing worse than hiring a cleaner and finding that they haven't completed the tasks requested. This could be due to the cleaner not having the time or not being made aware of any special requests.
To avoid this a member of Deterge Cleaning Services will make an initial visit to discuss your cleaning requirements. They will carry out a brief survey to pick up on all the areas that you want to be cleaned and any other tasks required.
The survey is then given to the cleaner as an agreed work plan. Any changes to the work plan are communicated to the cleaner via work request sheets that we will supply you with.

If you are not able to be at home when your cleaner is scheduled to visit then our cleaners are more than happy to hold a set of your keys.
We ask that you complete and sign the Key Holder Agreement and return it to our office.
