Q&As

I love making a difference to peoples lives while providing high quality person-centred care.

I have worked as a nurse for 14 years and throughout my career I have enjoyed looking after people and have been involved in performing and managing CQC regulated activities. With my vast knowledge and my passion in helping service users stay in their own homes I believed I will excel in starting my own domiciliary care business and make a difference in the community as there is an need for more high-quality care businesses.

We plan to provide support and care to adults aged 18- 65 years, Adults aged 65 plus and our service users will be Adults with Dementia, Mental Health, sensory impairment and physical disability.
Our main aim is to have a clear vision and credible strategy to deliver high-quality care and support, and promote a positive culture that is person-centred, open, inclusive and empowering, which achieves good outcomes for service users.
Reason to run a domiciliary care business is to help anyone who want to stay in their own home but may need extra help with personal care, medication management, household tasks or any other activity in order for them to stay at home.
Service users to remain as independent as possible, and staff to promote their independence wherever possible. Decisions about the provision of personal care support are made either with the agreement of the service user or in compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the care Act 2014.
Service users right to dignity and privacy will be respected by staff. Our staff will be provided with training to support service users with personal care and regular training updates will be provided to ensure they maintain their knowledge in line with regulatory standards
Where service users might lack the mental capacity to consent to support with personal hygiene, we will ensure decisions and actions are made in accordance with the mental capacity act 2005.
We recognise our responsibility to ensure that all our service users bathe and shower as safely as possible in their own home and this will be clearly identified in the service users care plan.
We can also help service users with shopping, companionship including social activities, dementia care, respite care and regular welfare calls.
We plan to deliver affordable, reliable and flexible home care. Our team will have experience or training in delivering personalised care with patience, kindness and dedication.
We aim to ensure service users are cared for by the same carer as often as possible to build consistent, longstanding relationships with the people they care for.
All our care workers will have enhanced DBS checks and will be highly trained to provide friendly, caring and reliable service.
We will use technology to help manage our service, service users and keep up to date with policies and procedures.

Services will be provided in person due to the nature of the service. we will be proving care in peoples homes

All employees are required to wear a face mask and apron and gloves, common surfaces are sanitised regularly, vaccination requirements followed
