Describe your creative process.
Always start with strategy and mood-boarding to find the brand message and a desired design style that the customer is happy with. Then into logo design and picking typography and colour that reflects the company's values well. Once this is approved, its down to all the brand touch-points :)
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Company name, company values, what the company does/sells, aims for the future, design styles they like, current competitors.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything! I've always wanted to be a designer and I feel like bringing brands to life is my calling cards. I know the difficulties of starting a small business and how stressful it can be, so I want to make sure the design process is as easy as possible for my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My full-time job wasn't fulfilling my creative needs, so I started creating made-up business' logos and its just grown from there.

Yes, i work 100% remotely and love keeping in contact with my clients with weekly video chats to make sure everyone is happy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote working. Never need to come into contact, so you have nothing to worry about. It's a germ-free contract :)
