I was totally confident from the outset that my budget requirements were understood along with the design that would match most perfectly with our needs and tastes. I left them in charge of the project and to make decisions on my behalf as I lived too far away and was happy that they made the right choices (checking with me remotely first of course). I would highly recommend them and use them again if I needed to without hesitation. My bathroom is exactly what I wanted with the extras they did too. I would highly recommend Design and Manage My Build. Everything about our bathroom refurbishment was excellent from the go. The time Paul gave me to help plan the project right, through to the work by the team was outstanding. I found all members of team to be reliable, trust worthy, tidy and really considerate to me and my families needs considering the disruption the project caused. They are a company who provide solutions to problems and nothing never felt it was to much to ask of them. The workmanship was precise and of the highest quality. Design and Manage carried out a full refurb of my kitchen and bathroom (strip out, new bathroom and kitchen fittings/flooring/redecoration) in my flat. This was the first time I have ever had any building works done and I had been warned by everyone I know to prepare for a horribly stressful 6 weeks. I cannot express how pleasantly surprised I was. Design and Manage were clean, tidy, efficient, polite, communicative and attentive. Paul comes up with solutions rather than problems, and between him, Dan and the rest of the team they created exactly what I had envisaged, together with finishing touches that I hadn’t even considered (new lights, usb plugs,etc.) All deliveries from suppliers were handled with minimal fuss, and they made sure to comply with the ridiculous requirements from my freeholder. Aside from the inevitable dust (which was beautifully cleaned up at the end) it was a very smooth process, which even finished earlier than planned! The cost was also extremely reasonable (especially compared to the other 5 quotes I obtained) and Paul was really flexible on start dates. Very prompt and helpful with understanding all the requirements for a loft conversion

I would highly recommend Design & manage My Build. I initially hired them for re-doing my kitchen (complete strip down of old kitchen and installing new kitchen, new flooring, new lighting and new windows). I was so happy with the work that half-way through the kitchen refurb, I hired them for re-furbishing my lounge as well. They were very professional and reliable, but most important, the work was top quality, with a special eye for details and finish (which is what the end user sees).
