Computer Repair

At Dentech IT, we have a full suite of remote access tools at our disposal allowing us to efficiently access your computer from our offices, without the need to visit site. As long as the PC is running as has internet access, we'll be able to talk you through getting us connected.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We can often provide support to our clients via our remote support tool without the need to visit them in person. Any kit coming into our office for repairs will be sanitised thoroughly both on entry and exit.
For those that do require a site visit, current government guidelines will be adhered to.

Microsoft 365, for example, brings together all your key business computer tools, such as emails and office applications like Word and Excel, while Microsoft Azure can help safeguard your business with offsite back-up storage and even give you access to your local system in the event of a failure.
For increased office efficiency, we are strong advocates of ‘SharePoint’. Included with Office 365 Business Premium, it is a cloud based file storage tool that enables users to collaborate in real time on the same document. This means staff can work on the same set of files, from anywhere that has Internet access.

Did you know we also supply hardware and software – all tailored to your needs and all delivered to your door? We can even set it up for you and / or install the provided software.
Broadband
At Dentech IT, we offer a no contract, no hassle, short to long term broadband package that’s designed for today’s ever-changing lifestyle.
Dentech Connect, the new broadband service from Dentech IT, has been designed from the ground up and provides short term or temporary internet access for one low monthly fee and the free loan of all receiving equipment.
There are no long term (or even medium term) commitments. After an initial one off set up charge, it’s a 30-day rolling agreement until cancelled. To terminate the agreement, you just give us one month’s notice, return the equipment and that is it.
IT Troubleshooting
For clients that do not want to commit to a peace of mind monthly contract we offer a flexible ‘pay as you go’ troubleshooting service.
