What’s your signature dish?
I like patisserie and desserts, my signature dish is milk chocolate ganache tart with honeycomb
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
No off the peg menus here! Every event is different, so I work with the client to deliver a menu that suits the theme, style and budget

I like most, that everyday is different
Cooking in some huge venues, to small and intimate for two people in their own kitchen at home
What inspired you to start your own business?
Too long working for the man, only wish I had started it sooner !
