What do you love most about your job?
I love to look after people and be part of the journey . To support people to be independent ,advocate and let people enjoy the same rights as everyone else.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business because some professionals did not see my valued contributions whenever they discuss matters related to the people I supported. I would like to make a difference whenever I am working with people and value opinions of the people we support so that they are heard and seen as equal members of the society.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe that I am motivated by the idea of making a difference and changing perceptions rather that making money. Also my business is family oriented .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have kept our customers and staff safe from Covid-19 by following all Public health England advice as well as making sure that our staff have the right PPE . Also staff is tested every week and they have been vaccinated
