I am an experienced Integrative Counsellor that offers Individual and Couple Counselling in a safe, warm and caring environment for a variety of problems, including; Anxiety, depression, addictions, bereavement/loss, self harm, low self esteem, agoraphobia, relationship problems including affairs/betrayals and many more.

What do you love most about your job?
I have always had an avid interest in wanting to help people in need, I am sensitive to others emotions, this I feel allows me to be able to have the deepest of empathy. When I'm with clients the passion I experience is incredible. Hence, I feel very lucky and honoured to be part of the wonderful growth that I see on a regular basis. To be able to watch another reach their full potential is a wonderful experience.
I understand that it can be daunting to seek help, especially if you are from the mindset of 'It'll display an act of weakness, therefore I have to be strong as society will frown upon me' I beg to differ on this as I have had lots of therapy over the years which has been extremely beneficial to my well-being. It has also given me the experience of being the client which helps me further understand your needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Prior to having children I worked within the financial sector, I then went on to work for the NHS for many years. Being self employed has always been a dream as I've mainly wanted the freedom to be able to put my own touch without outside restrictions & limitations on my work. Happily, I am now in a position to be able to offer my services on a full time basis.

I am an honest, friendly hardworking, flexible, highly passionate therapist that offers you the freedom in a caring, warm & confidential environment to talk about anything that is troubling you. Also, as I work from home I am able to keep the cost down, I offer some concessions for those on low income.
I am on call for crisis counselling which means I will contact you within the hour and will offer you an appointment within a day or two.
