Very friendly guy. When I found Dennis on this site, I emailed him and he replied to my email on the same day. The next day, he came round and within half an hour, Dennis had fitted a brand new fully working and tested lock for my flat door. Den did a great job. The deadlock on our front door failed. We texted him that evening, he came straight back to us and made sure he understood the problem.
