What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is witnessing the incredible transformation and growth my clients experience. Seeing them break free from the chains of addiction and narcissistic abuse, and watching them embrace their true potential is truly heartwarming. There's nothing more fulfilling than helping others discover their strength and guiding them towards a happier, more empowered life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own journey of healing from past traumas and addiction inspired me to start my own coaching practice. I realised that a trauma informed approach was the key to finding true purpose and fulfillment in life. I wanted to create a safe and loving space for others to experience the same transformation and empower them to rewrite their stories. The joy of witnessing clients step into their power and flourish drives my passion for this work every day.

As an Accredited Trauma Informed Coach, I am capable of holding space for you in an informed way to understand your trauma and assist you on how to move out of the repetitive story you are likely telling yourself which in turn keeps you stuck.
