What do you love most about your job?
i enjoy watching a clients journey, from when they walk in the office all apprehensive, worried and unsure, can i get a mortgage? what is it going to cost me? what questions will they ask me? how long will it take? Getting to know them, and building their knowledge and confidence, and helping them make their dream a realty. The best part, when they come back and say 'Thank you'
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in the corporate environment for 15 years, i felt that i couldn't offer my clients the service we wanted to offer. Working 9 till 5 in a bank, only doing what corporate would allow you too, and having a limited panel of lenders, was just too restrictive. i wanted to build relationships with our clients, so they could come back time and time again, and know we will look after them, and service any needs they have in a friendly manner. i also wanted to offer whole of market, so that we had plenty of choice for our clients, as not everyone fits the high street mould.

i offer clear, unbiased advice based on your individual circumstances i work for YOU, not the estate agents, bank or the building society. Yes, you can compare and find the best rates online, but is this the right mortgage for you. i don’t just look at the headline rates, i look at all the associated fees involved, from valuation and arrangement fees to any legal costs involved and we recommend which product is the most suitable mortgage deal for you in your individual situation. It doesn’t stop at sourcing your mortgage i also advise on all of your relevant insurances, to help keep your family and your home protected. i can also recommend conveyancing solicitors, Will Writers, Wealth Management advisers. i will liaise with your estate agent and make sure that you can pick up those new home keys.
