I had asked Paul to conduct a (not straight forward) valuation of two properties. He made the whole experience enjoyable. He was friendly and personable and quickly formed a good relationship whilst being extremely professional . He was knowledgeable and genuinely took an interest in the properties. Votta Lettings, in my opinion, is the gold standard of all lettings agents. 4 weeks ago, our chain fell through on our purchase property so we had to urgently find rental accommodation (with 2 dogs! ). We contacted David and he immediately found us the most fantastic property that’s dog friendly. He only lets properties of a high standard. Other letting agents in the local area should be ashamed of themselves offering totally sub-standard accommodation (we saw one with another agent with mould up the walls, indescribable smell and riddled with issues). David has a conscience and standards! That’s the difference. All paperwork was online making it most convenient for us and we had superb customer service. My experience with Paul @ Votta Sales & Lettings has been nothing more than First Class. Prior to making contact with Votta, I was let down by two estate agents in the area. Imagine driving a round trip of 120 miles only to find that the estate agent hasn’t turned up and for the other agent to lose all my details and not respond until further prompted. A fantastic service. Having not rented in a few years, David has instilled nothing but confidence. Having viewed a fantastic property, I thought through my options over a few days before finally coming back to David to express my desire to take the property. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough, I have unfortunately relocated away from Thanet and moved into a property through another estate agent, through all my years I have always used and appreciated the advice Suzanne Boon has given me, she has always been professional and if I am ever unsure she has always runs through everything In fine detail and she always seems up to date on current trends and the legal aspect of a property, this is the type is person Suzanne is, I no longer rent through her and all I am having is problems with my current provider, she has gone out of her way to still help me push through the work needed to be done and assisting with advice even after I had left her service. This is the second time I have used David to let my property on the North Foreland Estate, the first since he has set up his own agency. David has been great during my property search and in securing me a fantastic flat I am really happy with. Just when I thought I wouldn't find anything (after 18 viewings) David really came up trumps with such a great flat in an ideal location for me.
