When securing a new rental property with Daniels, I dealt with Kayleigh and Taysiah at the Downham branch and I cannot commend them more highly. Although I needed to secure the tenancy to a very aggressive timescale, they made the entire process so easy with their efficiency and my target move in date was met! Excellent customer care and communication - I was kept up to date with the process every step of the way and Kayleigh even sent a message to check that the actual move all went to plan a week after I moved in. Delt with Kayleigh and Jack in lettings they were very helpfull and went the extra mile to get things done. A few problems with a property but quickly and professionally delt with them and got it sorted.
