Danielle & Daisy Care Ltd have been looking after my aunt after being discharge from the hospital. Following an incurable diagnosis, the family were struggling to cope and very bothered about how we would be able to look after her. Danielle & Daisy Care Ltd stepped in with less than 24hrs notice. They have been wonderful with her, and the carers have made her beam and laugh whilst caring and supporting her. She has had regular carers and looks forward to seeing them. They have also been very supportive to the entire family. We are now able to spend time with her as a family as they have taken away so much pressure. A massive thank you to all of you at Danielle & Daisy Care Ltd. I highly recommend them. More...

Services

Danielle & Daisy Care is here to support you with your daily routines at home which have become more challenging, all while ensuring dignity is maintained.
We make personal care just that – personal. The carers directly involved in your tailored care package will make the effort to understand your needs and requirements, helping you to live independently.
It can be daunting to realise you need daily care, but in many cases there is no need to move out of your home. We can provide home care to give you the day to day support you need to remain living independently. Our carefully selected home care workers will make sure you are as comfortable as possible at all times while receiving personal care.

Danielle & Daisy Care recognises that, as well as assistance with the physical challenges of day to day living, our clients often require emotional support.
Providing social companionship can provide you with the reassurance that someone is there should you ever need them. It can give you the confidence to go out and about or provide some company and conversation whilst assisting with household chores.
Our companionship services also help to provide much needed peace of mind for family members who may not be able to be with you as much as they would like due to work and other commitments. It can be distressing for family members who live far away to think of their loved ones at home alone, with nobody to help you around the house or to take you to the supermarket.
Loneliness has been associated with a number of health problems and illnesses, and can have a very detrimental effect on health and wellbeing. Having a home carer can be the friendly face you need to combat loneliness, and having a helping hand has many advantages:

At Danielle & Daisy, we work with service users that have
physical and mental disabilities to assist them in
living full and active lifestyles.
Some of the most common conditions we provide support for are Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and care after a stroke.
Each individual has unique requirements, thus whether you require assistance with personal care or help to facilitate being out and about in the community, we will tailor a care plan that takes into your account your personal and social requirements and allows you to achieve your full potential.
We place great emphasis on enabling independence and empowering individuals to have greater control of their own lives. All of our care workers are trained in manual handling techniques and mobility equipment to ensure they are able to meet your care needs safely. Carers can also accompany you to any hospital appointments you may need to attend, or help you run errands and go about your daily life as usual.
Whether you or a loved one with a disability requires minimum support or 24-hour care, our dedicated team of home care workers can provide an unmatched service. We strongly believe that having a disability shouldn’t affect your quality of life, and will do all we can to enable an independent and fulfilling lifestyle for every single service user

At Danielle & Daisy Care, our home care workers receive specialist dementia care training and they are committed to working with service users and their loved ones to ensure that their care needs are being met – whilst retaining their sense of identity and protecting their dignity and independence.
The number of people suffering with dementia is steadily increasing and when someone with dementia is faced with the difficult reality that their mental capabilities are steadily declining, they often require support and reassurance to deal with the daily challenges of living with this disease.
Dementia affects people in many different ways and our home care workers are trained to deal with the person rather than the condition, and to focus on what the person can do as opposed to what they cannot do.

All care workers at Danielle & Daisy Care have rigorous medication training and can manage a number of drugs and prescription medicines including dossett boxes, blister packs and the preparation of liquid medication.
Older people and those who have health conditions often have a large amount of daily medication which needs to be taken correctly as advised by doctors. Medication errors such as taking the incorrect dosage, taking the wrong medication or not taking the medicine at the right time can have serious implications. Medication administration can provide a challenge for some people for a number of reasons

Danielle & Daisy Care palliative care service aims to support you during this challenging time and ensure that you remain comfortable within your own home environment.
If you or a family member are suffering with a terminal condition or illness it is often a difficult time for both you and your loved ones.
For those with a life threatening illness, being at home within familiar surroundings, having the opportunity to be close to family, friends and pets and enjoying favourite meals can provide contentment and happiness at the time you need it most.
Our care workers, through their experience and sensitivity, will work to support you and your loved ones through the end of life experience. We will work with you and your family to put in place a flexible care plan that adapts to your requirements as and when they change and will work in partnership with other health care professionals to ensure a consistent & seamless approach to your care.

At Danielle & Daisy Care our professional, experienced and considerate home care workers and live-in care team work together to ensure we provide you with a completely tailored live-in package in the comfort of your own home.
We have a dedicated live-in care team ready to listen and understand your requirements so that we can provide you with a live-in service that is tailored to your needs. From general housekeeping, meal preparation and companionship through to personal care and more complex needs, Danielle & Daisy Care can help. We know that choosing to have care delivered in your own home can be a daunting task and that’s why we are here to guide you through the process, every step of the way.
