Hello,

My name is Dagmara, I am 30 and I am an addicition counsellor.
I work mostly within person-centered and CBT approaches.
This fusion allows me to treat every client individually and use the most effective techniques to tackle the problem of addiction and/or relapses.

I have experience in working with people who suffer from bipolar illness, borderline personality disorder and OCD.

One needs to remember that the progress is not a linear process but we can prepare ourselves to deal with every scenario.
My goal as a therapist is to be there for you and share with all my knowledge, experience, techniques and exercises.

I offer my therapy sessions in foreign languages too.
