Mark first approached me via email with a web video he had constructed, pointing out how his services could be relevant to my small photography business. At this point I had been approached dozens of times by faceless and seemingly soulless SEO companies promising top Google rankings, but this was very different. I felt that Mark not only understood the subtleties of SEO, but also the importance of good working relationships with his clients.
