Every thing else will be actual but, there are things that can be done without contact e.g delivering shopping or prescription.

Making sure that all staff are up to date on how to stop Covid-19 spread.
Staff always wear masks and shields, maintain social distance if and when we provide actual service.

Picking up repeat prescriptions and other medications from Chemist, hospital or other outlets.

Dropping by to make sure that you have remembered to take your medication at the right time and have enough for next time.
Making sure that you are ok, up and about in the morning or settled for the evening.

Help with light domestic duties
Laundary, Washing up and Tidying up

Light food preparation and meals for lmmediate or later consumption eg. for the fridge.

Help to make sure bills are paid on time
