They were recommended to me by a friend and from my initial phone call and throughout they were very helpful and positive. It was easy to arrange a day and time for an engineer to visit. On the day, the engineer was very professional and efficient - my gas heater was fully checked over and given the thumbs up for safety and then the central heating was given a thorough inspection to identify why heat wasn't getting through to the radiators. Two problems were found and fixed on the day. I am awaiting a call back to sort some replacement radiators and will definitely recommend this company to others. More...

As part of a two stage service, we had a visit from a second Custom Heat engineer. James was considerate at all time scrupulous in attaching and removing his overshoes to ensure that he kept our house clean. He involved us in his decision making and was perfectly polite throughout. More than that, of course he solved our problem. His predecessor Tai was just as thorough in diagnosing the problem in the first place and servicing our central heating boiler. The ladies in the office were not above sharing a joke with a customer, (at least they had the grace to laugh at mine).
