Charlene at CSK Cleaning Services is wonderful. She has fit right in and works around Mum’s carer to ensure the house is well cleaned and she has a fantastic work ethic. Nothing is too much for her, and she is always willing to help. I have already arranged for Charlene to do additional services for Mum, such as ironing and cleaning the double oven, when required. How long have you been in business?
I have been cleaning for around 7years but only started my own cleaning business around 3 years ago
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
yes i supply my own equipment which includes bathroom,kitchen,sink,toilet bowl cleaner, hoover,mop and room freshener sprays
What do you love most about your job?
i love making my customers happy with the work that i achieve in there homes and the extra touches i apply to the clean
What inspired you to start your own business?
i wanted to be able to work my hours around my two daughters

clients should choose csk cleaning as i’m trustworthy, punctual, reliable , friendly and very attentive to details in my work
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use proper PPE equipment and also use approved cleaning products. I only ever use one cloth on one surface each time. Cloths are changed for different areas of the clean

all rooms will be dusted,hoovered,mopped, skirtings cleaned, windows cleaned, units wiped down and all appliances cleaned, beds will also be made if required.
