I had to find an end of tenancy clean for my daughter. It was very very short notice, but Arslan at Crystal Deep Clean was very helpful and communication was excellent and easy. The whole booking process was online and very easy. The cleaners turned up on time and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend this company.

Stay away. They take a whole day to do work that should of taken 4 hrs. Afterwards you
have to clean again, because cleaner made even more mess after the cleaning job was done.

Stay away from this company. They really let us down at the last minute, didn't being the right equipments for deep cleaning. Crystal Deep Clean went above and beyond for us. The booking process was very smooth- I had to change the time a few times and they were very patient and accommodating. Communication before, during and after was great too. The cleaners themselves were incredibly thorough and left no stone unturned- the house was left sparkling clean and ready for us to move into. End of tenancy cleaning required. the previous tenant left the property in a mess.

They did an excellent job. I appreciate their positive attitude, friendly and did a thorough job. Highly Recommended.

I will highly not recommend this company. Firstly the communication was terrible. On the day of the cleaners coming to do the job they decided they are not cleaning the house saying the size of the house wasn’t well communicated to them.
That was very inconvenient for me having travelled down far and not being able to move my furnitures in after paying for a move in cleaning service.
The next day a new cleaner was sent on which I expected the stairs and landing washing machine and dryer been included as I sent pictures before booking. But I am then told on the day it will at an extra charge. The fridge freezer was expected to be cleaned wasn’t fully cleaned. The freezer wasn’t touched just the fridge part was cleaned.
The cleaners were so rude and unprofessional screaming they won’t get paid if I don’t let them in to clean the freezer. I was just very disappointed in the service as I needed a long time contract for a cleaning service but I will not be using this company again. Thanks. More...

I understand that it was due to the lack of communication between you and our staff. We always confirm booking thoroughly prior the service date but you added many extra things same day during the job. Unfortunately this is unfair and certainly causes communication issues and also our agreement with the cleaners and I am sure you can understand this. Also, we never stop our cleaner's payments. They were fully paid right after the job and also I now understand that they cleaned your fridge as well. Please whenever you make such bookings with any company, I suggest you give them all the details in order to avoid any inconvenience. The team arrived on time and was very professional. They surveyed the job, made a plan, and they implemented it. The cleaners certainly worked hard all day and they did a very good job. I have no complaints.

Tried to charge me twice, the job was incomplete. Had no response from the company in respect of the incomplete job and their intentions.
