OMG! What can I say about this company without making them blush! A professional company, it was a pleasure hiring them. Ian worked with me from picking the right size marquee to making sure that any extras that I wanted was right for the occasion. The quality of the marquee was first rate, sturdy, solid and clean. He advised on where everything should go, arrived when he said he would and delivered what he said he would, and the total package was such a great price - around 25% cheaper than other quotes I got. Nothing was too much trouble; my needs always came first. I would definitely recommend Croydon Marquee to anyone thinking of hiring a marquee; go nowhere else, you will not get a better customer experience, I promise you (on set-up day and take- down day just make sure the kettle is on and tea is flowing; milk and 2 sugars!)Ian, George and Arby, thank you so much, will definitely use your services again! Used for my son's Wedding Reception, in August, 2018, in my back garden, what can I say, other than absolutely first class service. Ian was fantastic, I had a worry one night, phoned Ian, at 6.30am, expecting to leave a message, and I got a bright and breezy, " Good Morning, Croydon Marquees", I was so surprised!!! Ian listened to my worry and sorted it out in no time. Wedding went fantastic, marquee was robust safe and warm. It looked beautiful, after it was decorated with the tables, chairs, flowers, etc. We had the fairy-lights and chandelier. Everyone commented how wonderful it all looked. We were so pleased with the service we received. The only supplier that came to look at our site and make sure which size marquee we needed. Ian and his team are a pleasure to deal with and did everything they could to make sure that everything was perfect for our event. Marquee erected in plenty of time prior to the event and looked fantastic. I secretly ordered a marquee from ‘Croydon Marquees’ for a surprise 50th for my husband, I can’t thanks these lot enough, they were helpful discreet and really made a perfect event, we ended up going with a 30 x 50, we had full linings and sparkly lights in the ceiling, it was quite something! Ian and his team did a great job putting up the marquee and transforming our garden into a beautiful wedding venue. Ian gave us good advice re the lighting and the heating in the marquee. He even helped us move some of our own furniture into the marquee and when we realised later in the day we needed an extra banqueting table Ian went out of his way to come late in the evening to drop it off - Great service.
