me and my friend came here for a spa day, had a lovely relaxing day, only real dissatisfaction with a couple of lades chatting away in the relaxation room, however not the hotels fault. cannot wait to come back

What a fabulous hotel with ample facilities and great staff who can’t do enough for you. The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing too, the steak just melts in your mouth.

After a lovely stay, great food and drink, and fantastic friendly service I returned home to find I'd left behind my much loved Kindle. After a quick conversation with the front desk it was promptly found, bubble wrapped and returned via post to arrive just 2 days later. Had a wonderful stay last night for our 6th anniversary, phoned ahead after booking to see if there was anything the staff could do to help surprise my girlfriend with a proposal, and the response was wonderful to say the least! We was upgraded to a suite for a small charge, towels folded into swans and the bed covered in rose petals! We booked for the Friday steak night which was amazing as well as all the restaurant staff who also set us a beautiful candlelit dinner. When getting back to our room we was greeted with heart shaped balloons! The staff really did push the boat out to make our stay as memorable as possible, and I cannot thank them enough. The pool, sauna and steam room was all very clean too... will definitely be back, and again thank you to all the staff that made it happen! More...

I visited here with a group of girlfriends for a pamper day. We booked a package including one treatment and afternoon tea. The service we received from reception was outstanding. We were welcomed by a lovley lady called Michelle. She was very happy positive and friendly. Nothing was to much to ask. She showed us around the place and explained how and where to use everything. The whole place seemed very clean and tidy & we were given unlimited water bottles, fruit and clean towels throughout the day. On arrival we were given robes and slippers The pool is heated and seemed very clean. Very bright and well presented. Lots of room to swim around! They had a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi which were all very clean. Considering we went on a weekend it wasn’t too busy which we appreciated! We all chose to have the full body massage and we all walked our truly relaxed. I personally book a lot of massages and I can honestly say that this was the best I have ever had. They asked you to fill a form before hand regarding any areas you wanted to concentrate on which personalised your massage! They have a relaxation room which has headed beds, fruit to enjoy, cooled water bottles, magazines and relaxing music. Don’t worry if you want a bit of privacy as they have curtains around the beds which makes that little difference to your experience. They will come and collect you from this room before any treatments which means to waiting around for them! The afternoon tea was very prompt and well presented. If your worried about not having enough to eat your will be happy because we couldn’t finish it all! They had a huge selection of cakes, sandwiches, savoury items and a taste changing drink. We didn’t have to change out of our robes to have afternoon tea which was nice as we could continue our day after. I am a vegetarian and were very happy to accommodate to this. Some places give vegetarians plain food but they really put thought into this for me! I would decently return here and would recommend to anyone who wants a truly relaxing day! Thank you very much! The staff here are so cheerful & helpful, got married here last year, Sept 17. My Husband decide to come back for my birthday this year it was lovely, they got me a birthday card and restaurant staff sang happy birthday to me, put a candle in my cheesecake . We recently stayed here as a family whilst we celebrated my birthday and the birthday of my twin girls. The staff were amazing and we were properly spoilt! I had a massage in the Wave Spa on my first night, which the staff kindly rearranged at the last minute as I was unable to travel down as early as I'd planned. The massage was fantastic. The therapists knowledge of A&P meant that she was able to work with my muscles and ease some of the pain I experience in my back. Amazing! Good choice of breakfast. I took the children swimming but the pool heater was broken and it was a tad too cold to stay there for long! Hopefully it's fixed now. I want to take the opportunity to thank the staff for making our mini break a very happy one. We have lots of wonderful memories of your hotel and the day trips we took whilst staying there. 1st time here took my mum here today at the wave spa and wellness we had a spa day we used the hot tub and pool then had a lovely back massage and facial very relaxing the staff were lovely very friendly the receptionist Michelle was lovely chatty and very helpful we had a lovely day here we would definaly come back again highly recommended x
