Awesome classes, a great way to start the morning.

High intensity but everything can be tailored to the invldividual. Things can be toned down or cranked up depending on ability.

Knowledgable trainer with loads of enthusiasm.

Great to have a facility like this in Tiverton.

Not a fan on fitness as probably not many are. An hour flew by and working hard throughout the session , it was good fun and gets you working hard. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to get fit! More...

Today I had my second session and can't rate it highly enough! Fantastic mixed ability sessions and coaching. Everyone is very welcoming, enthusiastic and Stuart is full of knowledge to get the best out of you and your performance! Having done weightlifting for the last 7 years I have never had as much fun and learnt as many new lifts and skills as I have in the last 4 months. The intensity and programming delivered by Stu is individually tailored and is well balanced between feeling like you want to die/cannot wait for the next session. This style of training is really different and gives you a great foundation of strength and conditioning, like it says on the tin! More...

Had to take a break from exercise due to pregnancy but Kaz has made exercise fun again. I look forward to going to sessions. Not very many places will let you take a baby to a session which makes getting any fitness back a challenge but MDSC will. My little person is happy to watch me for the 45 mins and I don't feel like I have to loose an evening which is great. More...

Kaz’s Mum and baby sessions are brilliant. Her knowledge is second to none and she is always so supportive, friendly, funny and happy. She always makes sure you are OK and motivates you. Generally hate the gym and exercising but Kaz is a great coach makes it fun and really encourages you to do well. If there are things you struggle with or have injuries etc she always takes the time to find an alternative exercise to do untill you can work up to it. Everyone i have met there has also been very friendly and welcoming which really makes a difference..Would defo reccomend � More...

I’ve been going to Kaz’s mum and baby sessions for a few months now and it’s been really great helping me get motivated again. Everyone is really nice and helpful, the exercise can be done at your own pace and it’s different every week. It’s fab we can take the babies and meet other mums too. This is a great gym, I can’t speak highly enough, the atmosphere at Mid Devon SC is so friendly and inclusive.

Coach Kaz is truly inspiring, often joining in the training sessions, whilst continuing to coach. The workouts are always fun, challenging, and achievable for all fitness levels. Kaz seems to know how to get the very best out of you.

Kaz has helped me to complete gymnastic movements such as handstands and toes to bar, that I thought were impossible for me at 47 years young. She is always so positive, cheerful and genuinely pleased when you do well. I thanked Kaz recently for her all of her help, her reply was ‘that’s okay hun, I just want you to be the best you can be.’ I think that sums up just how amazing the ethos at Mid Devon SC is.

I love � this gym, it’s so worth the 25 mile trip I make to Tiverton to train.
