I've visited Creme de la Creme after being recommended by a friend a few years ago- this is the only hairdresser that i've religious booked with Used to go 6-12 months without a cut; now I have appointments with Leah or Kathryn every 3-4 months. I went in with an unrealistic idea of how I wanted my hair, from before my appointment the owner told me it wasn't going to look how I wanted it and talked me through everything ensuring I understood and had realistic expectations. I'm a nervous person going to the hair salon and was full of anxiety she was very nice about this and made me feel calm and secure! the hair process was fine and the result was AMAZING I wanted to cry I was so happy with it !!! Staff are very friendly, helpful. My hair was previously damaged due to my old hairdresser. Needed to look for a new hairdressers and came here. Kathryn explained what had happened to my hair and explained the steps I needed to go through to get back to a better quality.
