What inspired you to start your own business?
We all spent years working in the corporate sector. Then we decided to use that experience to deliver a more personal service to the SMB market. We've found that our experience and professional approach is valued more by small businesses.

All of our technical support services can be provided remotely and are therefore priced accordingly. However, there may occasionally be the need for a technician to arrive onsite (such as in the case of new equipment being installed).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since most of what we do can be done remotely there is no risk to our clients.
If a site visit is required, a risk assessment would be created and agreed prior to the technician's arrival. The technician would arrive with required PPE.
