DO NOT BOOK ROOMS with this company. I booked a 4 day short stay at Brunswick House via Expedia. I was redirected to their sister lodge, Beth (Lower Bethesda St) and they did not provide a reason for the change of room. They refused to help me gain access to the room at Brunswick. The room Lower Beth is large, tiled and very cold. The radiator is controlled by property management and barely comes on. The building is used as a 6 bed licensed HMO and Serviced Accommodation. Upon arrival my lock was damaged and broken. Their maintenance failed to attend the next day after check in. Attended on the 3rd without my knowledge and deactivated the keypad. I was locked. I was forced to complain to their business WhatApp which is the only method of communication. The service is very poor and remote. If you need help you are stuck to suffer with the conditions unless you leave allowing them to reallocate the room and receive more money. The quilt on the bed was 1 tog and there was a draft coming through the room window. Residents complain of non attendance of issues with heating. Avoid at all costs unless you want a freezing and uncomfortable stay. I will be taking further action against this illegal practice. More...

I showed up to the accommodation and the kitchen was so dirty and definitely not been cleaned in a while, the bedroom was okay but not much too it. I then cancelled my stay in plenty of time to get my refund and I am still waiting for it after requesting the refund over 2 weeks ago. Not happy. More...

Worst company I have ever dealt with you pay a deposit then they ask u for more money.
It has taken me 9 days to get a refund they don’t talk to you via phone and don’t reply to there what’s app messages .
This is by far the worst company I have ever gone with and made me think it’s a scam ! More...

Codey made a reservation, paid a deposit, requested to cancel and the deposit was refunded. A really simple process to book a room and a equally a very simple process to cancel if you change your mind like Codey. Codey cancelled because he required a desk in the room however the room he selected did not have one included. Thank You

I stayed here for four nights, and absolutely loved it! The room was clean and beautifully decorated. There were towels, toiletries and a full hot drinks tray left for me. Everything worked well and the cost is extremely reasonable. I had parking all nights with no problems. Would definitely recommend!! More...
