Absolutely delighted with first class service. Got quote a year before we went into the lockdowns. When I visited the showroom was told they would honour my original quote. I did make some changes to original plan. Kept me fully informed prior to start date. Chris and Laura were very professional and reassuring regarding the work. A very successful project. Chris was responsive to initial enquiries. Turned up promptly for his quotation visit and quoted soon after with a detailed plan. Laura was very helpful on visit to showroom and Chris was excellent though out, responding to our requests (reasonable and unreasonable!) and generally finishing everything very nicely. Amazing customer service, punctual, friendly but most importantly they have completely transformed our old outdated bathroom to a bright modern family bathroom. They even went the extra mile of putting up all our bits and bobs for us such as curtain rail, mirror etc.

Originally we didn't plan on replacing the full bathroom after receiving a quote from a different company but Chris offered us such a great package- I can't recommend these guys enough. More...

Creative Installations were fantastic to work with on our brand new bathroom.

Chris was really helpful on advising on products and understanding of what finish we wanted.

The fitting team were great, arrived on time and completed the work so quickly!

They did a fab job on every element, high standard of finishing and checked in with us on switch placement and custom parts.

Kept the mess contained as well, which was massively appreciated!

Our sink arrived a little later than the rest of the bathroom, and Chris kindly called round to fit it himself, again doing a great job.

Chris initially came to measure up and give me a quote for renovating the bathroom. He was in no way pushy in fact the opposite was the case. A few weeks later I called into the showroom and went ahead and booked in. My bathroom has been done this week. The fitter (Neil ) was very professional . He covered the stairs carpet prior to starting and cleaned up every evening before he left. He has done a sterling job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Chris and the guys did an excellent job, would highly recommend

We opted for Chris at Creative Installations due to him being accommodating and detailed with our bathroom installation, nothing was ever to much trouble and he offered us advise every step of the way even if it meant scrapping one idea for another he was always there to guide us.
The fitters Neil & Phil were brilliant ! They had the old bathroom out in no time and made sure disruption was at an absolute minimum even leaving us with a workable toilet for the entire period they were there, the mess, which has to be expected, was minimal as at the end of every day they tidied up everything and left our house in a clean and fitting state which we were very grateful for. During the fitting they even done a couple of extra bits for us without complaining and were always on hand to explain the processes and options to us if they came across any issues, we kept them going with cups of tea which of course is the staple diet of any tradesman!
The guys did a magnificent job and even with a couple of snagging issues we had these were solved in double quick time and without any fuss, we are so proud of our lovely bathroom and can honestly say it is one of the nicest rooms in the house and we show it off to all who visit.
I can’t recommend these guys highly enough, professional, hard working, accommodating and highly skilled would sum them up in a nut shell. More...
