Working with Angela has been a wonderfully tranformative experience. It's been challenging at times but never have I felt pressured, only encouraged to explore what's already inside of me. As everyone knows it can be hard to find someone who fits with you as a person, and even harder to really open up (especially as all of my sessions have been screen-to-screen), but it's been easier than I would have imagined with Angela and the cumulative effect of these regular sessions has resulted in real, observable changes in my self and my perception of myself. I love being able to support my clients in their journey back to balance, freedom and an inner sense of safety and well-being.

Therapy has transformed my own life, increased my self-awareness, improved my self-esteem and my relationships. I set up Creative Depths Well-Being Service because I wanted to offer other people the same unique blend of therapies and authentic encounter that I found so deeply effective.

Creative Depths has many years of experience helping people just like you to build their resilience, recover from trauma, shed addictive habits and live life more fully.

We offer a unique range of therapies tailored to your particular situation and can work on all levels - mind, body and soul. Our approach is trauma-informed, which means we won't work in a way that is over-whelming or re-traumatizing.

All sessions can be done online and are found to be as effective in this format as when they are done in-person.

During the height of the pandemic I paused in-person sessions and all sessions were done online. I now offer either in-person or online session.

In-person sessions are done in a regularly cleaned area, with longer periods of time between sessions to allow for extra cleaning and for the room to air.

Integrating different methods to support Mind, Body & Soul...Being deeply heard is invaluable.
But going over the same story again and again,
Doesn't necessarily help you feel less stuck,
and I find that effective therapy is more than just 2 heads in a room.


So I meet you as a whole person and draw on a range of theories and methods to best facilitate your process of healing and transformation.


As well as having a safe and non-judgemental space to talk through what's going for you, you also have the opportunity to use BWRT to rapidly change the way your brain responds to triggers, or Creative Methods like expressive art, drama, imagery or visualization to go beyond words.


We can also use Somatic Methods and the complimentary therapies of BodyTalk and Reiki to help your body-mind come back into balance, to shift energy blocks and to gently release stuck emotions.


My approach is underpinned by Mindfulness and Buddhist Psychology which invites vibrant, open-hearted encounter with self, other and the natural world.

BWRT changes the way the brain responds to triggers and enables you to change out-dated, habitual patterns of response in a rapid, safe and direct way. It can help with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Low Self-Esteem, Phobias and various other psychological issues.

BWRT is a solution-focused form of Psychotherapy that changes the way the brain responds to triggers and changes unhelpful patterns of behaviour. By working in the 'cognitive gap' between the habitual reaction to a trigger becoming activated, and that reaction reaching cognitive awareness, it can facilitate rapid, safe and lasting change.

BodyTalk works directly with the innate wisdom of the body-mind to facilitate deep and precise healing and development on all levels - physical, emotional, psychological, energetic and even ancestral. It focuses on the underlying causes of the issue rather than simply treating the symptoms so can bring about lasting change. Through BodyTalk we can gently reveal and unravel the complex stories and factors that combine to create your present state of health. This improves your body-mind's amazing ability to heal itself.

Bodytalk has been found to help with many conditions including injuries, chronic conditions, mental health, allergies, trauma, addiction and supports overall well-being & self-development.

Reiki is a Complementary Therapy that facilitates profound relaxation, holding and release. It is non-invasive & takes place fully clothed. It can even be done remotely as part of online sessions. Reiki has been found to reduce stress & pain levels; enhance healing and well-being. It may help you to feel more balanced, centered and present.

Reiki focuses on the flow of Universal Life-Force Energy and works with the Subtle Energy Body - the Chakras, Aura and Meridian lines. It follows that the more in balance and flow your energy body is, the greater your sense of well-being and ability to heal yourself. Reiki can also be a gentle yet deep form of Bodywork, which can help loosen up areas that feel blocked and hard to be with, supporting self-awareness and change

Do you struggle to talk about things and have difficulty expressing deep thoughts or feelings? A picture can tell a thousand words, so in Creative Therapy you can use expressive art, movement or story to go beyond words and explore things that may be troubling you or keeping you stuck. (No artistic skills necessary!)

Is your beloved friend anxious, unwell or simply due a pamper?


I have a deep love of animals, so as well as offering therapeutic services for humans I also offer Reiki for pets. Animals tend to respond very well to the gentle, relaxing effects of Reiki and it can reduce anxiety and pain levels and support their ability to self-heal. As the animal can become less fearful and tense through the use of Reiki, it's interactions with other animals can become easier too.

If you're furry friend is sadly nearing the end of their life and you'd like support for them, and potentially for yourself, then I can offer a combined service to ease and honour this important time for you both.
