As a multi academy trust we had identified a gap in our marketing strategy in relation to academy videos. We approached various companies and the price differed significantly. We ended up choosing Tom Sassi due to him being the most competitive from a price point of view. As a property investment and management company, operating for over 10 years, we've worked with numerous photographers. However, none have come close to the experience we've had with Tom at Creations Media.

Creations Media came highly recommended by our design and marketing agency. From the moment we engaged with him, Tom was proactive in understanding the project. He held several meetings with the design agency to learn more about our brand and the work they had done for us. Additionally, he requested information about the shoot locations and the people who would be present. In our 10 years of business, we've never encountered such a proactive and professional approach from a photographer.

On the day of the shoot, Tom arrived with a detailed list of the exact shots he wanted to capture. This allowed him to set up his kit and start shooting immediately, ensuring we maximised the value of the photo shoot.

A couple of our team members were initially apprehensive about having their photos taken. Tom immediately put them at ease and allocated ample time to capture shots that everyone was happy with.

The selected photos were edited and sent over within the advised timescale, and to say we were pleased would be an understatement! Tom truly captured the essence of our business, and his photography complements the design and branding work we've had done perfectly.

What an absolute pleasure it was working with Tom on our ‘behind the brand’ project here at William Wood. Toms attention to detail and execution on the project was second to none. On top of that Tom is great guy, easy to get along with and have a good chat with.

Tom was great to work with, jumped on a project at quite short notice and was super flexible on the day when there was some last minute changes to the brief.
