Job started 29th march 2016 still unfinished ,remedial work where paving has sunk not done.Never answers phone calls to date 56 texts no reply.so much for their 10year guarantee.

Darrell has just completed work in our garden. We were not sure what design to have in the back garden so we left darrell to do a design for us.
He came back with a great design so we went with it.
Work started and is now finished, all to a very high standard. During the build some things got adjusted as Darrell came up with better ideas than he originally thought so the end product is something we are very happy with.
All the guys that came to the house to work on the garden are very friendly, and they keep a very clean work site also.
Overall a good experience - this is the second time we have used creating Eden and we have not been disappointed either time.

We wanted our crumbling steps and sloped lawn replaced. Darrell gave us three options and we chose the stone steps and terrace.
The terrace would be made using sleepers and large enough pebbles that would stop it being a cats toilet. It would be planted with low maintenance shrubs.
My wife and I are really pleased with the outcome. He made the steps shallower and the terracing looks great. I have no qualms about recommending Creating Eden Landscapes. 5 Stars.

Darrell completely transformed our front and back garden at the end of last year. Right from the first meeting we had with him to discuss the design my wife and I were impressed with his knowledge, creativity and attention to detail. All of the guys that worked with Darrell were really friendly, our neighbour even commented to me how nice they all were. “Our garden had essentially gone unused for about 8 years. Every year we spent between £100 and £200 and even had spates of managing to use it once in a while but, for varying reasons, the grass always died and we were often back to square one.
Eventually, we felt that as our garden was small, it would never be the kind of garden our kids would play football in (there are plenty of green spaces and parks near our home for that), so we decided repurposing it for relaxation rather than playing would be the best bet.
Darrell came out and had a look at a rough sketch I'd made, gave me some advice about how works would progress, measured up and soon came back with a quote that was competitive and reasonable.
Works started on the day stated and were completed in good time.
Can I just say that the attention to detail in the work was above and beyond what was expected. We wandered around our finished Indian sandstone patio, edged with sleepers, with new trellis, garden gate and nowhere looked untidy. Finishing touches had been added were no-one will ever really notice them (pebbling behind the raised planter and in-between the ACO drain and conservatory wall...about an inch of gap)...it's this kind of attention to detail that shows you've had quality work done. None of the work seemed rushed which is so often the case with many companies with large jobs around the home.
Finally, after sales service has been very good, with some great recommendations for what to put in our planter, and also the ideal solution to prevent cats scrabbling about and leaving their unwanted 'deposits'.
Top job that will give us years of relaxation and pleasure, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend...in fact we're getting them back next year for more work!"
