How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages will be suitable for conversion as basically we only need walls and a roof to work with and we build garages also so can accommodate any requirements.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Insulate walls, put in appropriate flooring as in Dpm insulation etc, ceiling insulation plastering plumbing electrical as required.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Enough Room for stairs and enough room for head height after the flooring joist has been adjusted to take the extra weight on the floor, not interfering with the roof structure or adjusting roof structure to accommodate any supports that have been removed to allow for conversion.

Insert stairs most likely will have to insert steelwork to support roof. Joist will have to be made bigger to support weight, insulate roof add electrics and plumbing work and some cases put in dormer windows.
