How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Garage conversions are really popular at the moment as they provide additional space at a much reduced cost when compared to an extension. There are some 'watch outs' when considering garage conversions and they mainly relate to statutory approvals (Planning Permission/Building Control) and structural integrity i.e. single block construction and limited load bearing roof trusses. Always consult an expert before making any changes.

We adopt the same process for all projects. Starting with the initial brief (what do you want the space for) through to concept development, scheme design and submission for statutory approvals, detailed design and preparation for tender, construction , completion and handover. We have used this process successfully for many years and therefore know it works.

What do you love most about your job?
Our Clients and the people we work with is the most rewarding element of what we do. Creating spaces is one aspect but its the feelings they create in those that use them day to day that is the most 'loved'.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A chance to broaden horizons, scope and to enter the domestic market.
Why should our clients choose you?
We listen to them - Some Designers can be very assertive when it comes to their vision however sometimes thats perceived to be at the expense of the Clients own likes and dislikes. We listen first and foremost and work with our Clients ensuring that we take them with us throughout all stages of the process.
