What do you love most about your job?
I love helping my customers find a mortgage for their dream home. Especially those that had financial difficulties in the past and thought they couldn't get a mortgage, with my help i was able to get them am affordable mortgage. Seeing how happy that makes customers drives me to get them the best deal for them.

I can meet face to face, online via teams or face time. i can complete applications over the phone if needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
remote working to ensure customers are kept safe from Covid and I can complete applications remotely so no need for customers to do any travel at all.

I am able to look at insurance as well to cover all aspects of life cover.
