I went to Cox & Co to view a property I saw advertised on rightmove, I viewed four properties that day and two of them suited be the most, one with Cox & Co and another with a different company. I decided to take the property with Cox & Co because of the staff, they were so helpful. I moved in six weeks ago and there were a couple of issues and they were fixed/repaired within two days. Delighted, I was introduced to Cox & Co when they arranged my buy to let mortgage for me, they arrange it in just a few days, things could not have gone smoother, they kept me up to date with the process through to completion, they then advertised my property and got a very nice couple to take the property.
