Court 1 Capital is an established legal consultancy which provides advice on matters to include legal recruitment, referral of solicitors and barristers to clients seeking legal representation, sourcing litigation finance for cases which need funding and expert witness services.
We can offer client legal advice from our legal expert who was in practice for over 30- years. In addition, we have strong connections with the Bar of England & Wales where we can refer you to barristers if required. Many barristers can now be directly instructed by the public and they usually provide a cheaper service than solicitors in law firms.

Our legal expert will provide you with free initial legal advice by telephone or in person which will establish whether you have a case worth pursuing or not. In the event that your case proves to have merits we will proceed with the matter at an hourly rate which will be significant less than you would expect to pay at a High Street solicitor. Some matters can also be dealt with on a contingency or fixed fee basis.
If we agree to refer your case our legal experts will pursue it vigorously on your behalf at a substantially reduced cost and in the event that it will prove necessary to take further legal advice then we have the facilities to access a wide range of experts at the Bar where we can instruct directly thereby avoiding extra cost for you to instruct solicitors to do so.
All in all, we aim to connect you to the right legal experts who will provide you with an excellent service at substantially lower fee levels than you would expect to pay for your local high street solicitor.
