Q&As

I love being able to help people through difficult times in their lives. It's very rewarding to see people make progress and overcome the challenges they're facing.

I also enjoy the variety that counselling offers. No two clients are the same, so every session is different. This keeps me engaged and motivated in my work.

Lastly, I appreciate the flexibility of my job. I can work around my other commitments and make a difference in people's lives.

I was inspired to start my own counselling business after working as a counsellor in various settings. I saw how counselling could help people and wanted to provide that service to as many people as possible. However, I also wanted to offer my services in a more flexible way and tailored to each individual.

My goals for my counselling business are to help as many people as possible to improve their mental health and well-being. I also want to be able to provide a high-quality, professional service that is affordable and accessible to everyone.

1. I have extensive experience in counselling and have helped many clients through various issues.

2. I am warm and compassionate and will work hard to help your clients through whatever issues they are facing.

3. I am a non-judgemental person and will provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your issues.

4. I am a professional counsellor qualified to help you with your issues.

5. I have a lot of experience working with clients with similar issues to your clients, and I can help them find ways to cope and overcome their challenges.

Yes, I can provide my services online or remotely. I am available to meet with clients via video conferencing or telephone. I am also available to provide email and text support between sessions.

Individual therapy is a process through which people can work to improve their mental and emotional health. In individual therapy, people meet with a therapist one-on-one to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Individual therapy can help people to understand themselves and their lives better and to make positive changes in their lives.

Family therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on improving communication and relationships within a family. It can be helpful for families who are experiencing conflict, communication problems, or other challenges. Family therapy can be conducted with all members of the family present or with just a few members.

Group therapy is a type of counselling that involves a small group of people sharing similar experiences and working together to achieve common goals. The group setting provides a supportive environment where members can share their thoughts and feelings openly, without judgment. Group therapy can effectively treat many mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.
