I think having the time and space to talk and explore things in detail is considered a luxury; however, it is essential to good mental health.

Keeping ourselves emotionally and mentally fit is as important as, for example, going to the gym and exercising on a regular basis.

When we are with friends there it is often a trade-off; they talk about their stuff and you talk about your stuff. I like being able to give you the opportunity to talk without there being a trade off, and I like helping my clients the space to talk and to keep themselves mentally and emotionally in a good state.

I think what really inspires me is being able to help others.
