Historically roofs were insulated with foam, insulation boards or wool. The problem is that the roof is still riddled with gaps (thermal bridges) which create draughts and allow heat to escape.
Our super light weight solution stops all of this.

These gaps are all sealed, which means the roof is weatherproofed against any ingress of water, and the membrane acts as a blanket to prevent heat escaping.
On the flip side, cork will not transfer heat to the other side of a surface, so your space is cooler in summer.

There are many types of wall substrates we can insulate. Concrete used in Tower Block construction, Cavity Brick and Block, Timber, Stone, Slate, and even glass.

The process for internal insulation is to coat each room and ceiling with a 6mm cork sprayed application, and a breathable skim coat to finish a superb flat surface.

This seals the room with a breathable membrane which eliminates condensation, and prevents draughts. This keeps the room warmer longer, and increases your health by removing moisture. In summer, the insulation prevents heat transfer from solar energy, therefor cooler rooms in summer.

Insulation to the exterior is the other solution. This render looks like Monocouche or Float & Sponge in appearance, completely waterproof and does not crack in any conditions. Its also very effective in salt air and coastal areas with no degredation of the coating. Available in ANY RAL colour and comes with a 15 year guarantee.

We can insulate your containers to eliminate condensation which is a real problem with containers being shipped in extreme conditions.
CorkSpray is very light, so its not adding much gross weight. It will not crack, it will not allow the surface to freeze, and it does not allow transfer of heat internally.
